Bank of Rajasthan Ltd has informed BSE that the shareholders in the 65th Annual General Meeting held on August 02, 2008 approved appointment of Shri. N N Goel, Dr. D K Tayal and Shri. Salil Kapoor as Directors on the Board of the Bank subject to approval of Reserve Bank of India.

Reserve Bank of India vide letter dated December 30, 2008 have conveyed its approval for appointment of Shri. N N Goel, Dr. D K Tayal and Shri. Salil Kapoor as Directors on the Board of the Bank.

Accordingly, the following Directors have been appointed on the Board of the Bank w.e.f. December 30, 2008:

1. Shri. Nitin Narotamdas Goel

2. Dr. Dharinder Kumar Tayal

3. Shri. Salil Kapoor....

Tayal and Shri Salil Kapoor as Directors on the Board of the Bank subject to approval of Reserve Bank of India.
