U r asolutely right in your opinion.
Today ,though it came down again, i saw huge buy positios being taken in futures by HNIs or FIIs whosoever.Even in cash huge buying happened at lower levels of the day.
In current mkt situation one feels scared to enter such volatile scrip as mkt may witness big fall anytime.So stoploss must be kept....

The effect of this will be visible on bottomline in coming quarter results.
Besides the company has cut costs on permanent basis by resorting to cheaper fuels.The effect of this was visible on bottomline in latest quarter results and will be positive in future as well.

The price movement of this scrip for last few months has been intriguing.Not only this but also nagarjuna fertilisers.
Earlier these used to be most favoured midcap picks in any bull mkt but this time they didn`t move much .
Lately,despite posting almost twice net profit for first half 2009-10 as compared to 2008-09 on lower comparative sales ,both these scrips price have fallen post results and collapsed in the last week since the correction has begun.
Wonder why has the fertiliser sector gone out of favour??...

It seems that the this correction is becoming more severe as it has come after nifty having doubled from 2500 levels.
Now it should not be surprising to see nifty falling to 4000 levels at least.
Coz , the rule of the game is correction comes when it is least expected and not when it is expected. Post 5000 plus levels everyone had become very complacent about bullishness and markets sustaining higher levels.Clever sellers realise this is the time to sell when buyers are willing to buy big quantities at still higher prices....

why is it falling like anything even after posting such good results ; double the profit as compared to last year first half despite sales being lower by one third due to plant shut down for about one month and othr reasons....
