Non receipt of BHRL Share.

Dear ran72jeet,
Have you checked your ICICI Saving account. In my case the share got credited and it is shown in my ICICI saving account (Demat Holding Link). Till now its not shown in ICICI direct account.

I had account with ICICI. I have 500 number of S.Kumar Nationwide Share as on record dated 2th May 2008. However, I have not got bonus share of BHRL as yet. Please explain why it is not credited to my account of ICICI.

the brandhouse shares have got credited into my account today - rs,10 share one for every 5 skumars shares ...
dont know when it will start getting traded ...

i got 200 brand house retail shares in my account today(i was holding 1000 skumars on record date of 2nd may). check your account or call ur broker. my account is with india infoline....

S.Kumars Nationwide Ltd has informed BSE that:
"Pursuant to the order of the Honble High Court of Judicature at Bombay passed on February 22, 2008 the Retail Business of the Company has been demerged into Brandhouse Retails Ltd (BHRL) under the provisions of Sections 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956.
Under the Scheme, the eligible shareholders holding shares of the Company as on May 02, 2008 (i.e. the record date fixed under the Scheme) are entitled for equity shares of BHRL, to be allotted in the ratio of one fully paid equity share of the face value of Rs 10/- each of BHRL for every 5 equity share of Rs 10/- each held in the Company.
We have been informed by BHRL that the equity shares pursuant to the said scheme have been allotted by the Board of Directors of BHRL on July 23, 2008, and that the Corporate Action to credit the shares to the respective demat accounts of the eligible shareholders is in progress and the shares will be credited by the depositories concerned. The Share Certificates and Share Allotment intimation would be sent accordingly."...
