Bhagwati Banquets And Hotels Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on July 24, 2008:(1) The Board Of Directors of the Company has recommended a dividend @ 10% i.e. Re. 1/- per Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended on March 31, 2008. (2) The Board of Directors further announced the following Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2008 & Unaudited Financial Result for the quarter ended as on June 30, 2008 : The Result for the year ended March 31, 2008: The Company has posted a profit after tax of Rs. 1003.86 Lacs for the year ended March 31, 2008 as compared to Rs. 291.95 Lacs for the year ended March 31, 2007. Total income has increased from Rs. 3579.36 Lacs for the year ended March 31, 2007 to RS. 6271.98 Lacs for the year ended March 31, 2008. The Result for the quarter ended June 30, 2008: For the Quarter ended June 30, 2008, the Net profit after tax is Rs. 154.17 Lacs and the total income is Rs.1337.16 Lacs....

Bhagwati Banquets And Hotels Limited has informed the Exchange vide notes to Accounts in the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2008 (taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 24, 2008) that: "Out of the Amount raised through Public Issue, Company has utilised Rs.5050 Lacs upto 30/06/2008 and balance unutilised amount of Rs.4150 Lacs is temporarily invested in mutual fund, deposits and banks"....
