This means You should have bought GNFC on 19th August. Not necessary to have it in Demat A/c on ex-date. So if you buy GNFC on 19th with delivery comming in a few days, you will still be entitled for Dividend. Thanks...

For GNFC Ex Dividend is 20th Aug ..this means on this day I should be having it in my Demat a/c or on this I can buy it( @ days for settelment)

Face value RS10 and a dividend of 42.5% means for 100 shares u will get approx Rs 425 right......
