Can Fin Homes Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. K Subba Rao, Wholetime Director of the Company had rendered resignation and the same was accepted at the 118th Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company held on July 18, 2008 with effect from July 18, 2008.

Further the Company has informed that, Mr. K K Misra has been inducted as an Additional Director of the Company and appointed as the Managing Director, at the above Meeting with effect from July 18, 2008.
