Manali Petrochemical Ltd has informed the Exchange that the changes in the Directors of the Company, which was approved by the Board in its meeting held on July 15, 2008. 1) Mr. S. Susai, Nominee of TIDCO resigned from the Board with effect from July 11, 2008. 2) Mr. B. Viswabarathy was nominated by TIDCO with effect from July 11, 2008. Further the Company has submitted to the Exchange a copy of the updated list of Directors of the Company. A copy of the same shall be available on the NSE website (http://www.nseindia.com) under Corporates > Latest Announcements and on the Extranet Server (/Common/Corporate Announcements)....

6 months target is 8/-... But, if you hold it for long and market bounces back, you may get good return... But, Market bouncing back is ruled out for another 6 to 9 months... So Average it when it goes below 10/-......
