With reference to the earlier announcement dated July 31, 2008 regarding Dividend, Aishwarya Telecom Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2008, inter alia, has proposed dividend amount of Rs 53,30,986, which is 5% of Paid up capital of Company (5% of Rs 10,66,19,710)....

buy the stock if you dont have the stock and if you have the same at higher price average it now coz institutional buyers have given buy rating to the stock. it has target of 55 in short term and 90 for long term....

Aishwarya Telecom Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on July 26, 2008, for considering Audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2008 and Un-audited Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2008 has been postponed to July 30, 2008 from July 26, 2008.

Hence, the Board Meeting of the Company will be held on July 30, 2008 for considering financial results....
