Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company pursuant to the decision of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 31, 2008. Meanwhile, until the new Chief Finance Officer joins, Mr. M.L. Jain (Asst Managing Director and Chief Operations Officer) will hold additional charge of Chief Financial Officer as well....

Finolex Cables Ltd. has informed the Exchange that "At the AGM held on 30th July 2008 the Members have, inter alia, approved the Annual Accounts for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2008 as also the payment of dividend @ 75% on the paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company. The aforesaid dividend will be paid to the Members, eligible for the same, by ECS/ issue of dividend warrants dated 7th August 2008 which are proposed to be posted to the Members accordingly"....
