Guest, lets forget about the market. On its own fundamentals, how is it looking. Do they have enough projects and work in hand ? Will they still get some share of govt expenditure and continue to be in business ? Will they continue their dividends ? If yes, then even if its liquidity is poor, some bottom fishing can be done and stayput....

it is a costly stock as compared to other stocks with the downfall in the market and it may well go below 20 and bottom out only at 17-19 levels buy then dont go bottom fishing as this stock is becoming illiquid day by day.
