Wockhardt Ltd had declared Interim Dividend of 175% i.e. Rs 8.75 per equity share, for the year ending December 31, 2007 at its board meeting held on October 23, 2007. And the Board of Directors of the Company would meet this time on 21-OCT-2008 to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2008! There is no agenda of any dividend declaration this time!! It is great that the co. has issued a press release today regarding tie up with Sinclair Pharma, which is obviously old news for the market. But the forth coming qtrs will be left with atleast 200-250 Crs after capitalisation. Much of the amount has been capitalised for last two quarters and everything what day have to offer (dividend) depends on 3rd and 4th quarter. I agree that wockhardt may not go for interim so early or it may declare less interim as compared to last year. In whole ,if you take into account for the year, it will be at least 225% or much more than that. This was pre determined one..........!...
