Skyline Millars Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 88th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2008, inter alia, have transacted the following:
1. Approval of Audited Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2008.
2. Declaration of Final Dividend @ 10%.
3. Re-appointment of Mr. Tarak A Patel & Mr. Narendra H Bhatt who retires by rotation.
4. Re-appointment of Statutory Auditors and fixing up of their remuneration by the Board of Directors.
5. Sub division of Equity Shares of Re 1/- each.
6. Amendment to the capital clause of Memorandum of Association....

I cant make it out from the quarterly results...
I know they are going to make tons of profit .... But that does not answer my query .... I want somebody knowledgeable to put some figure (of course with facts) ...
Here is my calculation, but i may be completely wrong ...
8 lakh square fts of residential and commerical area built ... If I search on internet the rates are around 4500 to 9000 ... lets take the lowest rates of 4500. The money they make is:
800000 X 4500 = 360 crores.
Deducting the tax and construction cost which should be 40%. What remains in profit is: 216 crores. Assuming this will not come together and will be spanned across 2 years ... so half will come in first year and half in another year ... 108 crores profit...
EPS = 108 crores /4022425 = 268. (of course the EPS will be less if split into 10 shares). Give a nominal PE of 10, price should be 2680.
But I may be completely wrong estimating it on higher or lower side...
Can anybody wants to apply their logic over here ???...

I dont know how much they would generate but will be tons of profit as they have many flats would be sold at very good price.
Land belonged to them (so free) and their partner is constructing so less expenses.
Check their qtr results. It says everything.
The group is also reputed and after 3 yrs u will make tons of money on this scrip. Hold on to it.

Also if somebody could roughly calculate how much its gonna generate from the sales of the residential project? And by what time frame. I am not going to sale this stock for next 3 years anyways.

I yesterday received the annual report. After going thru the report found that the company along with a partner company KCBL is developing building no. 4 which is approximately 74000 sq feets. But when you see their website it talk about 8 lakh sq feets development. A little bit confused on this front.
Secondly I found a layout of the site and it states that almost 40% of site is ready for possession. Then why are the profits not coming from sale of those? Does anybody have complete details about whos is building it and how much more time its gonna take?
