Astra Microwave Products Limited has informed the Exchange that "As per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, Ms. Ramya Chitrakar, one of the relative of Director has purchased 9000 shares on 02.07.2008 and Ms. Rashmi Chitrakar has purchased 5000 shares on 02.07.2008 and Mr. P.A. Chitrakar, Director of the Company has purchased 2000 shares on 03.07.2008 in the open market".
