The last date is 6th October 2008 and transfer of demat shares must be done by 21st October.You were of no help at all and all you wanted to say was you have submitted your documents,how selfish.Please check the facts in future before calling names....

Thanks a lot for your help and info.I have submitted the forms and executed the demat transfer today.Now to tell you what happened - My Mother had put the envelopes in the raddi newspaper lot as she thought these were annual reports of companies.This is usually what she does even after my repeated requests to leave all mail in my bedroom.These were probably delivered to my address around 15th September.Yesterday I remembered my Mother`s habit so in the night at 11 p.m. I took out all old newspapers and found the envelopes.Thank God, what a relief.My Mother told me that she usually sells these newspapers on the 3rd of every month.Maybe I was lucky.OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH YOU KNOW HOW mOTHERS ARE.Anyway I got saved.Thanks again....

Can anyone tell me when the open offer documents will be despatched by the company so that we can apply for sale of Spice Communication shares.Please inform if anyone has recd offer docs. or knows about it....

Be fast. You can also download the form from website sebi(dot)gov(dot)in. If you are going to miss 6th Oct deadline, you may land up in great trouble as your spice share will be converted to Idea Shares (1 Idea for 2 Spice) effectively meaning 50% loss so hurry up ....... Just to add, as per detailed document, even if you are able to execute share transfer to Karvy a/c (mentioned in the offer document), your offer will be considered....

documents were despatched long time back. I have already received the documents & tendered my shares in the offer. Last date of the offer was revised to 30.9.08 so you have missed the bus, moron....
