Something deep within tells me in the end its going to be a win, despite the present flux.
Time is the best medicine friend. But believe me I or any of us dont come here to fight. But when vested/cantankerous elements go on spree of deceit we are left with no choice but to give it back to them and let them no their saddistic pursuits will not go unanswered.

I think that as per law,there has to be an AGM before the III qtr of the financial year ends(just my presumption)in which case their AGM may be slated for 31/12/08 by 2345 hrs.

teledata babies have got in principle from bse/nse and may get approval from sebi also. but what about in pinciple approval from promoter paddu who may take his own sweet time to list the babies even after approval from bse/nse/sebi is got ?
