Yes, even for me. I\\`m not able to buy this share at this great price for the 1st time itself.. What may be the issue......

I having 100 shares of gemini communications at a price of rs 270 per share, last week ihave sold the shares for the purpose of averaging the cost at a price of Rs 176 per share, today i am finding the price of share is Rs 36 and when i am trying to repurchase the shares the oofer is rejected saying that not available for trading, plz tell me the reason
