Why this company is going up with such huge Debt of Rs 500 CR and with such big equity of Rs 118 Crores .. ? Any reason .. ? Please advise if anybody has the answer.

Shree Precoated Steels Limited has informed the Exchange that vide order dated December 12, 2008, the Honble High Court of Judicature at Bombay has directed that a meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company will be held on January 12, 2009 for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving, with or without modification(s), the arrangement embodied in the Composite Scheme of Arrangement between Ajmera Realty and Infra India Limited and Ajmera Precoated Steel Limited and their respective Shareholders("the Scheme").
