Vikash Metal & Power Limited has submitted to the Exchange Notice pursuant to Section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956, (the "Act") read with Companies (Passing of the Resolution by Postal Ballot) Rules, 2001 (the Rules) to transact the following special business by passing the resolutions through Postal Ballot: (1) Ordinary Resolution under Section 293(1)(d) of the Companies, Act, 1956 for enhancement of borrowing limits.
