There is a strong rumour doing the rounds that Reliance Communications is eyeing on ORG Informatics. I don not know how far this is true.
But seeing the nature of business and expertise of ORG, surely Reliance would like to grab them....

Company in coming years would outperform, they have subsidiary in belgium which would post 100 crore revenue.They have order more than 200 crore.
In a year span, this stock would quote at Rs 100.Forget long term,just buy at current price and hold on for 3-4 months time and see the returns.Bye the way it has reserve worth Rs 90 crore which translates into book value of Rs 60.Quarter ending CONSOLIDATED profit is at Rs 3.15 crore.
Just buy and forget all other comments....

The company has recieved legal notices for defrauding by the CEO. It is alleged that he has sold interest in subsidiaries to privately held firms that are owned by him at a discount. Seems the FIIs/FCCB holders are finally taking notice.
Wonder why the company is not disclosing its liability?

ORG Informatics Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has secured on Orders worth of Rs 78.06 Crores from M/s. Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (a Govt. of India Enterprises), New Delhi for supply, Installation, Integration and Commissioning of SATCOM-N/M Equipment for Indian Air Force.
ORG Informatics Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has secured two Orders worth of Rs 98.36 Crores from M/s. Telecommunications Consultants India Ltd, New Delhi for supply, Installation and Commissioning of 50% Add-On Order of Project-3 of NIB-II on Turnkey Basis (Turnkey solution for implementation of OSS, Messaging, Storage, Billing, EMS and Security Solutions) and Supply Installation and commissioning (Including Integration in the Networks) of Medical Equipments for.
