Poor performance coupled with poor corporate goverance. Subsidary will always remain subsidary and land holding faces legal problems. Need not to think much and sale this stock at the earliest

No sir,
I meant forbes and CHI are passive investor of many good business. But value unlocking ?? May not be possible. CHI is quoting around 9% of NAV due to same reason. for more details send personal messages.

How will alternative fuels play?
Many politicians around the world are advocating bio fuel now. It is going to happen whether it is good or bad. There is going to be much more demand for the bio fuel going forward. This is also a reason that I am optimistic about the outlook of agriculture.
Your views on the water potential in Asia?
India and China have huge water problems. Water could be the next big investment. And, the best way is to invest in water companies which clean it, transport or pump it. Find the water companies that solve the water problem and you could be the richest person in India.
Its published in the business standard of 15 th september. The smart investor.
In India in water purification the market leader is eureka forbes with more then 68% market share. its a 100% subsidiary of Bse listed forbes and company.
Ion exchange is the only other listed peer in the same category which is also in industrial desalination plants.
Rakesh jhunjunwala had recently entered in Ion exchange
Happy investing

Till date I earned through only multibagger like godrej industry,Ansal,Financial Technology, praj etc. off course it takes time but there is some definite story going on and stock rises on success or failure of that story but for passive invesment company like forbes,CHI it becomes difficult to get fully potential value. However i already agreed that forbes is good stock and investor will not lose money

Dear Nodick
There is no multibagger which does nt lack clarity. If its cleat then its no more a multibagger as it will be in two cases.Either markets discounts them at low pe or everyone knows that it will happen.
On a Lighter Note The former one which takes time makes Multibaggers and the latter leaves Multiple beggars.
Multibaggers are made over a period and not in a matter of months.
My portfolio has survived the downfall thanks to forbes. It has fallen just 10% from my buying price as its book value is near to 330 in terms of reserves.

Dear Friends
stock closed well today at 450 odd levels
surprisingly there is a good number of Intra trades occuring nowadays with intra vols of 6-7000 shares almost daily.
Next major resistance for the stock now is at 500 odd levels.
Otherwise avg volume for the stock was a few hundred to 10-20 shares:)

Dear Nodick,
Giving you a list of three companies.Do let me know what pe ratio will you give to them and reasons
1. Ril
2. Infosys
3. aditya Birla nuvo
Also do note that there is no immediate value unlocking in any of them and all of them post consolidated results on bse sites every quarter unlike Forbes
Forbes has started to publish its consolidated annual reports starting this quarter
If you will give them value using the distressed asset Route God help you
