they might raise the capital from 50 crores to 150 crores and they will consider giving bonus...

either raise the matter in the AGM or report the matter to sebi with regards to bonus announcement just like they have taken action against rights issue wherein the period has been brought down from 6mnths to 3mnths in the similar way once after the announcement with 1-2mths time they should call for a metting and fix the record date for the bonus and the whole process from the date of announcment to the allotment of bonus shares should be done within 3-4mths.

Please give your updates as i have purchased GMDC at 300/- cum bonus and the company has so far not announced record date for bonus.I have mailed at their id a month ago but no reply yet.Please advice what should be done....

Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has decided to close the Members register from September 03,2008 to September 11,2008 (both days inclusive) for deciding the right to receive dividend by the shareholders of the company for the year 2007-08.

why dont you check up with registrar of gmdc.
you can always write them about your greviences since your a stakeholder in the company you have full right to get any information about the company. so next time dont waste your time for getting replies here always insist on proper information from company itself.

Why GMDC is not declaring Bonus date? Is that true that company will not declare bonus in this year,But according SEBI rule after announcing bonus, company should declare its record date within six months of time, and already six months are passed, will SEBI take any action on this matter.
Plese tell should i hold it ar sell my shares.
