Engineers India Ltd has informed BSE that Engineers India Ltd Officers Association (EILOA) has served a Notice to the Companys Management for going on indefinite strike w.e.f. January 07, 2009. The Management has asked EILOA to desist from resorting to any such activity....

Engineers India Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of Engineers India Limited, in its meeting held on December 19,2008, considered the proposal of declaration of Interim Dividend on Equity Shares and declared an Interim Dividend for the financial year 2008-2009 @ 45% (Rs4. 50 per equity share) of the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company. The Record date and the date of payment of Interim Dividend 2008-2009 would December 30, 2008 and January 02, 2009 respectively....
