Rama Newsprint & Papers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 27, 2008 have approved, in principle, the capacity expansion project of the Company. With the proposed expansion the installed capacity of the Company will increase by 1,25,000 TPA at a project cost of Rs 550 crores approximately.
