Ruchi Soya Industries has declared its results for the quarter ended June 2008 (Q1). The company's net sales was at Rs 2796 crore.

Mutual are selling their holdings in Ruchi soya. Infact mutual holding has come down by 50 %. So better to exit this stock...............

55% PAT UP in QTR 1 Yr 2009 has shown the way company is performing.
I think company will diversify further considering the good health of Total Group companies.

Results are good .. but the stock doesnt appear to move... looks like a long haul for this stock with not many players showing interest.......

u know after ban what will happen, the row meterial price down for ruchi soya, so it will benifited from that, this is not cause .
what i am guessing some mutual fund offloaded from there own fund thats y its going down , and ruchy soya is delisted from gdr that also be a cause, because there are not getting huge volume to trade.
promotors are increasing there holding u can see in bse announcement.
