You are right the stock has touched LC in the end. Till 3 o clock there was scope for selling. Even before our messages started here, the stock was in UCs for some days. Anything is possible in the market. What I feel is that the promoters are not manipulators. I do not know if some punters are playing the game. Unless we receive annual report and some news about the developments in the company, we cannot assess the situation. Better we should be cautious. My sixth sense tells, there is some intrinsic value in the stock. Let us see. Whatever it might be we sould not lose money. Happy investing....

What we have to take note is that the stock has not fallen much despite high volumes. Since 3 days the stock has resisted lower circuits. If the stock is very week as u are expecting, it should have touched LC fast. I feel clearly there is some informed buying. But the stock is not appreciating because there are large no.of sellers who are waiting since a longtime for outlet. I am not in a position to recommend this scrip now, because of lack of information. After booking profit, I am still holding 50% of my holding in the scrip as I am able to take some calculated risk.

I am neither telling that this is a great company nor recommending any one here to buy. Now,having come to know promoters equity 35%, u might also know other big investors in this company. I am only happy my investment in this doubtful company has grown ten times during this 7 years; that is what 'promise fulfilled'. Read my first message. As told in AGMs, they have listed in BSE with considerable value addition to the stock (though delayed). In this downtrend especially for software sector, this small IT company is quoting well. I will book partial profit soon. Poeple entering now should be very cautious as u are, to protect ur capital. If it can resist further downfall (LCs) it will be encouraging for investment.

U worte: quote "it can be de-listed again".Unquote- Let me know when it was delisted earlier from BSE or NSE. Last year only it was listed in BSE.
Earlier it was in Bhubaneswar Exchange and in HSE. Since these two exchanges have become defunct, first they delisted voluntarily first from Bhubaneswar. HSE itself was closed later. At what price u have bought the stock? Cheers.

I already wrote about people like u who did not have a let out to sell their stock as the stock was not listed in BSE/NSE, till recent. Now u got an outlet to sell and make some money before the stock go back to 30/-. It appears u r so frustrated that u have misunderstood that the stock will touch three digits; if it touches one hundred, we can call it three digits. Please let know the boarders here what u know about the stock. Cheers.

What is your expected price of share about this copany i thnik once this company share can touch price of more than 500+ because this stock last quoted at bhubaneswar stock exchange and last traded price was 270. Thanks for your Reply Mr. Venkatagopal. It was great to hear from a veteran investor/shareholder like you who holds a company\\`s shares for so long. However, few points which I am sure you will take positively. First - promoter holding is not high in Sankhya which is only at 35.47 % . Secondly - if we exclude last two years then Sankhya is still there where it was since inception. Although I don\\`t agree with other boarder\\`s view that even 8 cr. revenue is not genuine but I still feel that with 36 cr. revenue of last FY only 8.3 cr. revenue in first quarter is not at all decent for a niche company. Also, if you see the aviation sector contribution (which is now represented by Trans.Aero & Defence) then it has actually shown a marginal negative growth for the very first time. This is the direct result of slowdown in the aviation sector and when the sector from which Sankhya derived 32 cr. out of last FYs 36 cr. revenue is facing pressure and in the first quarter results it has actually started showing negative growth then a fundamental investor will not at all be comfortable with such thing. Agreed decision of investing or not investing should be on our own study but if we discuss such things on these messageboard platform provided then our study can get more sharpened and we can arrive at a better decision. Lastly, you said you attended last 3 AGMs of the company so can you please share with me the experience you had in such AGMs and your observations regarding their proceedings and ultimately the company. hi venkat, I am having this company share in demat form i have applied in ipo in 2000 and just because of speculation it is lested at 502rs and quoted only 200share at above mentioned price and then after it is declined at around 100rs and after that company de listed from bse.i am having good number of quantity share of this company and i am big speculator and i dont mind to loose my capital so i am accumulating this company\\`s share in more and more larger quntity. If it is de listed and company wants to do anything then they have to ask me because i am having good number of share. I am having some share at rs.60 and at 90 and 120 and 190 also and i want to buy more....... at rs. 30 only. Your three digit target was not achieved i told you its speculation and i am tracking this company share very closely infact you can say that i am tracking more than company\\`s operator or pramoter. ...

The low volumes and hitting the top limit indicates danger/trap game. The company has no visible major orders nor has geographical spread. 8.0 cr(really not sure how much of it is genuine) per quarter is too small for any decent S/W company. BEWARE till you are certain...

Ok sir. I was not knowing that ID was required for getting the reply so sorry for that. Anyway, now I have taken the ID so can you tell me Mr. Venkatagopal the rationale of buying Sankhya when Sankhya`s Q1 results just announced don`t seem to be too spectacular with just 8.3 cr. revenue and 2 cr. profits. With just 10 rs. eps annualised it is available at 8 pe with such a small revenue base of just 36 cr. and its main operational segment - Aviation - is facing severe slowdown. There are many IT companies available today at 5-8 pe with a much larger revenue base than Sankhya then what is the rationale in buying Sankhya ? Please explain.
