Dear Vivek,

I think the reason behind this is that as market is not showing much movement and Religare is becoming a big hub for investors so the investors are waiting for market to go up .
This is the reason why the seller ratio is low.

Dear all,

I have seen a very interesting trend in the buying pattern for Religare. As we all are aware Religare has been trading in a range of 370-400 in almost all the past 2-3 months. But if you see the buyers and sellers ratio it is 5:1 .. i.e 5 buyers for 1 seller. To me, it means someone is accumulating this big, and not allowing it price to rise. I think when this accumulation is over we can see a 20-25% jump in religare price.
I am not sure if there is an internal news on religare. If someone has something, please share on MMB.

Religare Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the Remuneration / Compensation Committee of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2008 has allotted 5475 Equity Shares on exercise of stock options under the Employees Stock Options Scheme 2008 of the Company. The paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company post allotment is 76,121,669 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each aggregating Rs 7,61,216,690/-....
