Arvind Mills has been in range of 20 to 30 for a long time (2007 -2009) and then now its been promoted to the range of 30 to 40. The time has come that it crosses 40 and will remain in the range of 40 to 45. Seeds were sown in this years budget and it will definetly bear fruits in the form of good results.( Jeet menon )...

cotton prices hv already increased since last 30 days. only news expected about their property. also they hv a good orders in denim....

The current fundamentals are poor with this counter. There are too many forthcoming technical resistances @ 42, 45, 48. It is for investors with very long horizon, provided the fundamentals keep improving....

There is no scope of profit for ARVIND. Atleast for 2 years. Think about other good scrip do not waste your time here. (Khaya Piya Kuchh Nahi GILAS toda uska aath-aana.)...

Not possible to time the stock market .... no doubt it is a possible multibagger, but when and if it turns a 100 or 200 or Rs 300 is mere speculation....

I agree. Large part of Arvind`s investments are locked away in real estate. Having the land , they are expected to bring in partners with experience in realty to develop the same. I would prefer them to sell the land , but the realizations would be much less...

I agree with Sanjdutt .... but lets hold our horses till the 30th till they come out with this qrts result . Last Qtr they had come with a 15 Cr Net profit .... hopefully this qtr it should be around 35-40 Cr ( given that their export orders had them fully booked during this period).

Regarding land sale/realization ... Sanjay Lalbhai had been setting expectations for some announcements by end Dec on which nothing has happened. I guess getting govt approvals do take time....

been waiting for it to cross 45 for some time. Hopefully Q3 results will be good to propel it to 60-65 range...

Is there any news on Arvind except the increase in cotton prices. Things have quietened on this board lately....
