Please see the quarterly results. Quarterly Net Profit at Rs 18.9 crs as against Rs 9.2 crs in Sept 2008. Half year sales down from Rs 751 crs to Rs 614 crs, but the Half Year Net Profit rose from Rs 22 crs to Rs 35.9 % (+ 63%). There is a change in the sector scenario as is evident in the performance of Indian Auto majors. Even Mahindra & Mahindra has seen profits treble. I think the re rating of the auto and auto components sector is resulting in a rise in the share price. Happy investing....

businesswise very sound but price is at peak with breakout may not be false breakout but difficult to judge where it will stop.as a test if it holds above then it goes to unchartered territory and price rise can be anything.but at moment stock market is falling whether it will stay whole concentration is more in finding market pulse than looking into individual stocks.no body will partwith inside knowledge of co and unbaked news at times proves to be harmful.at the moment prevention of capital has become a issue than making profit....

Just play EENEE MEANIE MYNAH MO, put your finger on the scrip that has not moved, in any particular sector, Select it (I mean Buy it!) and wait and watch! See my response to post dated 15/9/2009 (GO MAD) and Merck did not even wait for 6 months! Next, watch out for State Bank of Mysore! May head towards 1000, as soon as selling pressure is released from a particular source!!!...

Can anyone share any info. why this stock rises or manages to hold rock steady even when market crashes - like for instance, today`s BSE crashed over 200 points & this scrip gained over 6.5% with high volumes. What is happening in this counter ? Is it just specualtion or some big +ve news is expected soon....
