Action Construction Equipment Limited has informed the Exchange vide notes to Accounts in the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2008 (taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2008) that "Out of the Funds raised through IPO Rs. 5980 lac, Rs. 4677 lac have been utilized till 30th September, 2008 and balance are lying unutilised & will be utilised as per the "Proposed Deployment of Funds" mentioned in the Chapter" Objects of the Issue" of the Prospectus.
