Genus Power Infrastructures Limited has informed the Exchange that: "Genus Power Infrastructures Limited ("the Company") in consortium with Genus Prime Infra Limited, has participated in the tender for revival of Jaipur Metals & Electricals Limited ("JMEL") and Government of Rajasthan ("GOR") has awarded the same to the Company. The Letter of Intent has been issued by the GOR in favour of the Company. The Company has signed Memorandum of Understandings with the Competent authorities, in this regard"....

Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd has informed BSE that the Company in consortium with Genus Prime Infra Ltd, has participated in the tender for revival of Jaipur Metals & Electricals Ltd ("JMEL") and Government of Rajasthan ("GOR") has awarded the same to the Company.
