Century Extrusions Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. P K Sengupta, Alternate Director has vacated his office w.e.f. July 29, 2008 with the return of Mr. V K Mushran, Original Director to the State. The Board of Directors has approved the same in the Board Meeting held on July 29, 2008....

Century Extrusions Limited has informed the Exchange vide its latter dated Julu 29, 2008 that "The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, has made an allotment of 3,30,00,000 Rights Equity Shares at a price of Rs.4/- per share including a premium of Rs.3/- per share as per the Basis of Allotment approved by the Stock Exchange. The Shares on allotment would be sent / credited to respective shareholders DMAT accounts as per the applicable SEBI guidelines."...
