Mudra Lifestyle Limited has informed the Exchange that: "The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 27th July, 2008 has considered the following: 1) Approved and taken on record the Resignation of Dr. G.P.Nair, Additional Director, from the post of Directorship. 2) Approved Unaudited Quarterly Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2008. The total sales in Ist quarter ended on June 30, 2008 is Rs. 6569.27 lacs as compared to Rs.5544.21 lacs in the corresponding quarter of 2007 whereas the Net Profit of the Company in Ist quarter ended on June 30, 2008 is Rs. 357.61 lacs as compared to Rs. 699.28 lacs in March-June 2007 quarter"....
