Burnpur Cement Limited has informed the Exchange that the company has become the holding company of M/s. Burnpur Natural Resources Private Limited by acquiring 6000 shares (i.e. 60% of holding) of Burnpur Natural Resources Private Limited, the decision in respect whereof have been taken by the Board of Directors of the company, vide its meeting held on August 08, 2008. Further, M/s. Burnpur Natural Resources Private Limited will be inter alia engaged in mining activities....

as such co is not that great,being new and having some cash management may show some interest but not much profitability in last year,dividend is far far long !...
