Ms. Price was the representative of Brightwill Limited on the Board of Directors. Subsequent to Ms. Prices resignation, Ms Genevieve Heng ceased to be alternate director to Ms. Price. (2) Appointment of Mr. Gurdeep Singh as an Additional Director of the Company. Mr. Singh will function as an Independent Director on the Board of Directors.
