In their analyst call on Q1 results, Naukri CEO mentioned that they estimate their market share based on the information they get from the sales force of their competitors. Is that ethical? Is that legal? ...

Any guidance?

Growth will slow down with economic slow down. Worst hit will be Naukri (90% of revenue) as all hiring trends are negative. Maximum negative impact on profit will be due to Naukri. Real estate portal (99acres) will also be impacted. 99acres contributes next to nothing on topline but it may suck more profit away. Matrimonial will continue to grow.

Good long term investment. But from a 1-year view, the stock is over-priced by 25 - 30% at least. ...

Net Profit / (Loss) of Rs. 1297.3 lacs for the quarter ending on 30-JUN-2008 against Rs. 1164.1 lacs for the quarter ending on 30-JUN-2007....
