forget 13 years .... i even doubt that u r into into stock market since 3 years !!!
on nse website it's clearly written that the FV is 2.00 and in corporate action it's written that : Purpose - AGM/DIVIDEND - 375%
So d dividend is clearly Rs 7.5 per share ....
i'm wordering what r u doing since 3 years ... err.... since 13 years ... in d stock market ... !!! :-D

yeah u r right....
no company may have given this much dividend per share ,, i.e around 10% of the price of d share....
There is no necessity to look @ the fundamentals or technicals .... simply buy in fairly large quantity & sell after 27th aug .... & n\\`joy d dividend !! :-D...
