Its a sin to own more than a couple of properties in India. The moneyed class is escalating real estate and rental incomes by owning multiple homes. Dont they ever feel guilty to own so many when they see pavement dwellers. If you have that kind of money invest in stocks or keep it as FDs or the various other schemes that build our nation Buying real estate only hampers the nation's growth encouraging poverty and inflation. Please sympathize with the poor and try to cut down on your real estate greed. Those that have more than a couple of home should let it out to old age homes or those that are trying hard to make ends meet.
