DLF can touch level of 480, but I am afraid it can go below 400 ! High interest rates, falling real eastate prices, bear market, elections in near future will certainly put pressure on this sector.

DLF can touch level of 480, but I am afraid it can go below 400 ! High interest rates, falling real eastate prices, bear market, elections in near future will certainly put pressure on this sector....

DLF is a sell for short term as there is no good news for reality sector going forward. Interest rates will remain high and it will play dampner on this stock for short term. Inflation data will released tommorow which can play again dampner for the stock. Stock can touch level of 480 over next couple of sessions

DLF is a sell for short term as there is no good news for reality sector going forward. Interest rates will remain high and it will play dampner on this stock for short term. Inflation data will released tommorow which can play again dampner for the stock. Stock can touch level of 480 over next couple of sessions...

We have a report, that Unitech tells in simple language about the current status of realty sector in the balance sheet for March,2008. The report from Business Std.today runs as under.
"In its balance sheet for the year to March 2008, the Unitech management has sounded a cautionary note. “It is quite clear that after a fairly long bull run, the real estate sector in India has begun to show signs of slowing down to a more realistic equilibrium rate of growth. The first signs of market slackening were evident in the second half of FY08. The correction has become more pronounced thereafter.”
Has any other balance sheet spelt the status of realty sector so clearly ?. Let all of us note this caution it deserves with due attention while trading in our quotes.

Exit from this counter and buy JM Financial. The company has offered 1:1 bonus share and stock split and record date is 15th Sep. The company has posted a profit of 400%. Buy before it start hitting upper circuits. PE is just at 2. unbelievable....

DLF is having a short term of target of 530-545,within next 4 days i.e. Monday.. its having a v.strong resistance at 490 levels but if 485 level is broken, then it may go further down as per the technicals & mkt conditions.. so,buy this stock and wait for immediate upmove but dont wait beyond 535..also,its a great stock to invest at this price.. keep investing :)...

DLF is looking weak with a perspective of rising interest rate scenrio, high raw material costs and falling demand. Techncially it has strong resistance at 514 and looks all set to fall towards 475 levels. One should keep a stoploss above 514 and go short in it with a view of 3-5 days. ...
