In realty sector,many companies on hurt due to bubble burst.... high interest rates sowing the demand.... cost of development is increased due to extra borrowings.... prolonged delays in construction /development is an itching factor in this sector.... as you said one day or other,this sector also will be bottomed out.......

I dont think fundamentals weaken suddenly.... present price levels not bad for investment.... many market observers being surprised by present down trend in the counter.......

As the scrip is already fell from its high ipo price,there is little room for further fall.......

As expected earlier, the stock may seetle in this attractive range for traders as well as for long term investors,in the coming month.... small investors can happily speculate in the said range.......

A high quality pvt sector aggressive bank in smaller profile,the dcb looks very good at price level of 45.... investors can happily invest in this counter for medium term gains.......

Jus wait guys, some good news is just around the corner..... KG basin and Nuk power and more to come. Have trust in the stock and it will be around 2500 by mid oct. watchout for closing figs next week......

very close friends of mine from this industry are saying the sector is all set to crash further. the prolonged delays in construction/development is being purposely done. they want to delay the project launches as they want to complete the projects by the time the markets look attractive once again. swamy. ...

he may want to buy stock around 1925-1950 level. Further erosion of 150 rupees from current level is not ruled out...

yes, shortsellers may have got a booty of profits today. Falling from 2154 to 2054 is really huge movement on expiry day. It really moved as expected today....

there was huge overvaluation in this real estate sector. also to some extent there was a hype of reality prices shooting up. demand was over projected like software in 2000. business models can't grow in that way. so they had to correct. the 2000 software crash is similar to current real estate crash i can say. no other sector fell so sharply and so badly after the software crash in 2000. i feel the time has now come for the sector to slowly bottom out. swamy. ...
