Source: BSE - Gail India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 13, 2008, inter alia, has recommended the payment of final dividend @ 60% on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company for the Financial Year 2007-08, if any, subject to approval of shareholders in the Annual General Meeting. Date: 2008-05-13

Source: BSE - Gail India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 23, 2008, have recommended the issuance of one bonus share for two equity shares held, subject to the requisite approval(s). Date: 2008-06-24

These two notices for the declaration of final dividend of 60% and one for two shares Bonus prosal are yet to be passed by the AGM. But the company has not called for it nor the book closure date for AGM are announced. If I am wrong, I invite corrections please
