my idea wud be more around 145-160 levels

what is its future ... in the short term .... in next 10-15 days ....

my sense is that it can go back to 795-805 levels as soon as the open offer @ 861 is announced in the press .... GOD WILLING, IT CAN BE EVEN AS EARLY AS NEXT WEEK..... but the only spanner is the very bad condition of the world markets ....

then another open offer has to be given @ 737/- ......... no less

I think my assessment was correct ....... oct has tanked ...sept is at more or less same levels .... smart money must have made decent money on their calendar spreads ...

UTV is one share that warrants buying in todays markets, its Disney open offer at 860.79 is on the cards and short term small investors can now buy in the market to avail of the difference in price between market and open offer, however medium and long term holders are not to give in to the open offer as the tie up with Disney will benefit UTV in the medium and long term, it would be prudent for me to mention here that DISNEY has also picked up a 15% stake in UTV GLOBAL BROADCASTING LTD which is a subsidiary of UTV SOFTWARE for a whopping price of 3933 per share WHICH GOES TO SHOW THE VALUE OF THE UTV CONGLOMERATE....

Deal was not discussed and will be discussed this week begining Sep 30th. . . ....

Sorry to say this but any assessment based on F&O POSITION IS ARBITRARY AND DOES NOT NECESSARILY translate to the stock gyrating towards the OI positions, the present mkt conditions notwithstanding utv cannot tank like the other stocks bcos of its open offer at 860.79 which is on the cards shortly....

If your analysis on the Oct/Sep futures segment is correct, the scrip will tank. Any which ways, its highly unlikely that the scrip can touch 850, given these market conditions.......
