I bought Cadila @ 320 in June 2008. Today it is trading b/w 785 and 820. Almost 154% gain. The company is fundamentally very strong and is poised for inorganic & organic growth which is the reason I bought into it. The products it offers are in a niche market which is very tempting....

adityancs - I agree with your views i.e. with its current PE of 40 it has become expensive. However, I believe in their businesses and the strong brand products that they have. Eg. Sugar Free, Nutralite & EverYuth are some of the products that growing YOY in acceptance and are fast catching up with the urban Indian. Also keep in mind that this is a debt free company. Its management is constantly innovating newer products under existing brands. In addition, its existing market is growing by leaps and bounds due to rapid urbanisation. V-Guard script has consolidated around Rs.90/-. It has to break the resistance level of Rs.95/ with high volume. Then only it can touch three digits. Promotor`s holding is increasing. On some good news,the script will cross the resistance level. Let`s wait for good news from V-guard....
