You can keep holding it for steady returns and decent dividend payments. I feel it is more conservatively financed compared to carborundum. Carborundum has made some acquisitions which has resulted in it having higher debt.Grindwell is a more efficient company becasue it has higher return on equity + it is debt free. I don`t think that grindwell has done any worse when compared to carborundum. Last year`s fall in profits (Dec 08) is magnified bacause the in the previous years (Dec 07) there was an extra gain of 77crs. Excluding that profits were flat....

Profit for this quarter has been good... the eps has been increasing because of the new manufacturing facility in bhutan... i think based on the industry PE of around 15... this stock is undervalued...should touch 150 in near term... but a really good stock for long term......
