3. Grant Price : Rs 88.70 (At the closing price on previous day at NSE (Largest traded volume)

4. Vesting Period : One year from the date of grant.

5. Exercise Period : Three years from the date of vesting.

6. Terms of Options : One Option will be converted into one Equity Share of Rs 10 each of the Company....
