Further the Company informs that it has received response from various parties on the expression of Interest on Joint Venture (JVs) in the Company. It related to the following: (i) Setting up a value added product plant (Poly Aluminium Chloride) downstream to Caustic Soda Plant from M/s Padarsh Chemicals Ltd. Mumbai. (ii) Setting up a JV for the production of 8000 TPA Cyclohexylamine Plant in India from M/s Borosod Chem. Czechoslovakia. (iii) Setting up a JV for the production of MDI/TDI Plant in India from M/s National Qatar Industries: The responses are being evaluated further for ascertaining their technical and commercial feasibilities....

I am already in a deep (shit) with JK tyres and MRF... not thinking of buying any more in tyre sector...checked out apollo... seems good company at the price... if only i had none from JK tyres and MRF... :-(...
