Hindustan Organic Chemicals Ltd has informed the Exchange that "1) Shri. B.P. Pandey, Joint Secretary, has been appointed as Govt. Nominee Director on HOCL Board w.e.f. 26/09/2008 (47th AGM) in place of Shri. K.C. Misra, Joint Secretary. 2) Shri. K. C. Mishra, Joint Secretary has been retired w.e.f. 26/09/2008 from the Board of the Company. Further the Company has submitted to the Exchange a copy of the present Composition of Board of Directors as on the date i.e. September 26, 2008. yup my baby is going up... up she goes... and she will continue till 30 and take some rest and then march to 45... after that 60 and then max i can think of is 80... not more than that...

i got some relpet, relpow, ifci and hindalco on monday when market crashed to 7.7k... making sweet profit now :-)...

hey king... did you scooped in for more... i got some at 15 Rs... waiting for it to go back it 40s... would take couple of month... what you say of overall market?? would go down or not?? i was thinking 8k is bottom... it will go up from here to 12k... and stabilize before moving up once other inflows start coming....

Dear Investors,
HOCL is good stock, last time I picked this stock at 23 and sold this around 92 or so.

I think its time to pick this again! Be careful, short term investor keep away as this stock can fall to any extent...even Rs. 1 is also possible. You should be ready to average it at every Rs 5 fall.
