yes.
if you are not lucky enough you will be a looser.
i got 300 shares guj fluroch in the ipo in 80s @10rps.
sold them may be @ 12 or so.if i holds them now that would be 300 shares subdivided to one rs facevalue ie.3000 @300rs buy back price offer. ie 900000 rs. luck and timing. ...

s v enterprises who is trading everyday over 3-5 lacs shares is a pharma company and i am not sure if promoters are increasing their stake through this company. please comment if anyone has clues.

Not much surprise to me as the first post in this thread didn't mention cybermate directly.
bty.. cybermate is one of the penny stocks in my portfolio.
as for L&T, I may go for it when it is sub 2K levels.

I am not commenting on your other points, Annualized EPS of Cybermate is 0.88 at CMP of 4.4 it is trading at PE of 5.5 as it is backed with book value of double the CMP it is less risky stock and institutions converted their derivatives into equity @ 10(I am not very sure have to check from archives). I believe in long term it is not a risky stock and bottomed out. Looking at the volumes it is a liquid stock too. Let us wait and see. ...

Are you sure these institutions are not some mental hospitals holding these shares for their inmates - just joking. Rs 62 crore equity, EPS of 0.22 in the June Qtr. - the financials are not exciting.

just checked the share holding pattern more than 75% is with institutional investors. It was by 5 companies always there is a possibility any of these companies wants to increase the holding then we may see sky rocket increase in price. Definitely a good stock in the medium - long run. as it is a penny stock do not bullish in the short run unless there is some clue about any news.

I have no idea about how much promoters hold in this and they also has issued derivatives. reg price answer is in your question, promoters still need to increase their stock so price will be kept low.
