Folks,
I think the downside will be arrested in HAVELLS india and I dont expect the stock to go down anything less than 230-245 in the worst scenario. So its a great buy to expect 50% returns in 12-18 months time. Good Luck...

Dear sunanda.trading, HAVELL announced a dividend of Rs.2.50 and the book closure for this along with AGM was June 28, 2008 to July 05, 2008 (both days inclusive).

Now if you want to check this is moneycontrol, open the stock quote for "HAVELLS INDIA" and then go to "FINANCIALS" where you see the DIVIDENDS, BONUS HISTORY, RESULTS etc. Click on DIVIDENDS and you can check it there.

My suggestion to get the correct information for such kinds of details is to go to bseindiadotcom and then enter havells and check the corporate announcements and you will see the latest announcements there and you can check for the dividend announcements, record-dates etc.
