TCS, 3 PSUs (NTPC, NHPC, PFC) plan energy exchange.
TCS, part of the Tata group, will hold majority stake of 50.02 per cent in the proposed company and the power utilities would pick up 16.66 per cent equity each, said a senior official of one of the public sector company.
Initially, the four partners are planning to invest Rs 50-100 crore (Rs 500 million-Rs 1 billion) towards the proposed power exchange.
The power exchange will carry out only day-ahead trading in the beginning and will later take up month-ahead and year-ahead trading of power.

i am not agree IT Bull with your comment ,it is totally misleading information . TCS has not win large deal since long. CITI Bank and other one European bank also is facing problem . All IT sector is under problem , they have stop recruitement also . TCS as company in big trouble , only one hope which can give stock some favour that is new USA base Call centreacquistion which CNBG talking about . but still it can make tcs up to 900 but not at all possible to reach & Sustain 1000 in one to 2 year

first resistance is at 910 and next is at 1020. so lot more to go for TCS to reach 1300plus levels.

From Which resource you receieved this information , chances are high because they are sitting on heavy cash , they will acquire company in USA as per S.Madorai statement during latest financial result.
But still i am not recommending to buy tcs at 850 very very expensive 18 PE ,tata son reduce stake, this quarter result will be again POOR , order pipeline also seriously beocming less do not buy
