This stock has no base for rise or fall. Some stocks either holds its position or rises even if indices falls. Some stocks falls even if indices rises. But this stock is not from both of these categories.

This stock has high Beta value. This stock rises so fast if sensex rises and this stock falls so fast as sensex falls. Sensex rises if global market rises, sensex falls if global market falls. So, traders or investors can take cues from global cues. It means that, if global cues sky rockets, then it is sure that NFCL is bound to sky rocket, if global market nose dives, then it is sure that NFCL is bound to nose dive. If one can read all these, then one can earn good profit either by buying or by short selling. So, all the best !! Thanks.

Hi guest,
Shooting of NFCL to 28 will not help any single value investor of NFCL as most of us bought it at 33-38 range. It will reduce our losses only. Sometimes I wonder HOW there are still so many sellers in this counter even below sub 29 levels where mutual funds also hold shares above this level. It seems to be a manupulated script. Same for chambal. I really salute those bravehearts (or FOOLS ?) who dare to short NFCL below sub 29. It really needs a lot of courage to do that.

Now is the time to start accumulation in this stock. It is being noted in the last week that, global indices are going down daily and so the NFCL is nose diving by about 11 % to 15 %. Therefore, investors should start accumulating this stock at lowest level of the day. For example, if stock falls by 11 or 15 %, then buy immediately before recovering from the days low. Next day, do the same. Next day do the same. In this way, investors can average purchase price in this stock. Who knows, when this stock will re bounce, so buying at the lowest level in the day will be beneficial. All the best. Thanks....

Hi Kautilya,
Can you please mention from where you come to know that FII holdings has come down to 6 % on 30 Sep. Please let me know the related websites....

The stock is below its book value now, FII holdings has come down to around 6% (as of 30 Sep-08). Having said this, the sentiments in the market has not improved and this could pull down the market further even tough the fundamentals look good. If you are ready to risk your investment go down further then you could consider buying in small quantities at CMP, if not wait for some more time.

Hi,

Thank you very much for your comment. Hope, your comment will come true. But, see what happened today. Its today`s low is Rs 19+. All global indices are nose diving daily. So, all stocks are coming down and there will not be excuse for NFCL too.

Till Global indices continues nose diving, all shares have to come down. So, the NFCL`s immediate target and resistance can be at Rs 18/-. Once this resistance breaks out and global indices continues its down ward journey, then next resistance will be at Rs 14/-.

Thanks....

ISPAT is a different story ..steel prices r coming down ..so this stock has deteriortaed from its fundamentals since it`s peak level.

but NAGARJUNA FERTILISERS is a different story .since it`s 18 levels fundamentals have improved because of new fertiliser policy ,gas availability etc ..

so u r analysis is not justified.it might fall temporarily to 18 ..but this is the first share ( of course chambal also)to recover when mkt sentiments improve ,because fertilisers have nothing to do with american recession ..where as real esttae ,steeel are more related to american recession .so shares like ISPAT ,DLF wont recover any time soon .

Many scrips like DCW, Ispat Industries, etc. were not dared to move from 11 and 14 respectively. Both the scrips were high rocketed before Jan 2008. Now, both these scrips had reached its actual level. The same is the case with NFCL. NFCL was range bound between 14 and 18 before shooting up to 89. Now, time has come to see Rs 14/- i.e. its actual level and to stay range bound between
