Promoters of United Phosphorous are different Shroffs. They may be related but they are different. Promoter of Tanfac is AV Birla group.

Excel Industries is a company of Shroff Group, promoter of UNITED PHOSPHORUS, PUNJAB CHEMICALS, TANFAC IND AND EXCEL CROP CARE. The performance of the company has improved considerably after division.
Excel crop is available at 185/- (5 paid up) United Phosphorus is at 3245( 2 paid up). Now it is the turn of the EXCEL TO MOVE UP. In my views the share has the potential to touch Rs 125/- in 6-12 months time.
